Program Design

U-Turn Fitness, Health & Wellness offers an array of services to help you achieve your personal goals. Individuals who are fit, healthy, and well enjoy many advantages; they perform better at work, and often live healthier, happier, more confident lives.

Program Designs: The program design packages were created to assist in a sincere change in lifestyle or for those who are looking to change their current workout style. Daniel is very goal oriented and believes that focus and direction are keys to success. His goal is to help you establish long-term goals, then a series of short-term goals to reach them. Both the Gold and Silver programs are divided into four quarters. With each quarter you will progress to the next 45-degree turn until you have made the complete 180-degree U-Turn!  The description and cost of the program designs are as follows:

The Gold Package is divided into four 3-month quarters. The cost of each quarter is only $250 (a $315 value) and will include one initial consultation, at which time you will meet with Daniel to discuss your health and fitness history, as well as establish your goals. He will then design a custom guide for you to achieve those goals.

Within the quarter, you will also have three one-on-one appointments with Daniel in the form of personal training sessions, phone consultations, or email. As a gold member, you will also receive a subscription to the bi-monthly newsletter.

The Silver Package is also divided into four 3-month quarters. The cost of each quarter will be $140 (a $185 value). This package will provide you with one initial consultation and a one-on-one appointment with Daniel. The newsletter can be purchased with this package for $7.95 per quarter.

U-Turn Fitness will:
